The Prospect Scholarship Foundation, 501 c3

Our Mission:

Two, $1,000.00 scholarships to be awarded to applicants from Prospect who will
be attending an accredited post-secondary college or university.

One award is based upon merit without consideration of financial need.

One award is based upon merit and financial need.

The Prospect Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (PSF) determines its awards for both
scholarships based on a combination of academic achievement, character, demonstrated
leadership, community service, and participation in school activities. Financial need is a
consideration for one of the scholarships.

This year, a third $1000 scholarship is being awarded to a Prospect resident
who has decided to go "Back to School" to improve themselves.  We realize
that going back to school is a hard decision and may impact your family dynamics,
so we would like to encourage an adult who always wanted to, for example,
get a nursing degree or become a licensed electrician this opportunity to do so.

The PSF Board is elected by the PBA Board and they volunteer their
time to this great endeavor. We are always looking for additional
volunteers to help us with our scholarship functions and our fund raising events.

For students attending Woodland Regional High school, the combined application
at Woodland allows students to apply for our 2 scholarships. If you do not attend
Woodland, HERE is our Application for you to fill-out and return to us by:
March 20, 2019
